There is a lot more work than I first thought on these rear arches. Rot covered over with patch panels and filler, cut it all out and made some new panels.

Cut out another patch plate covering rot, fabricated a new section and welded.

Panel has warped slightly but more filler to sought that out, besides this area is under the arches.

This side is now more or less complete, time to start on the other side which is even worse than this side was.

Not as simple to fit as I first thought, but not difficult either. Requires trimming on all the edges but a flap disc soughts that out quickly. Got mine from here

I see there sold out, but they sent mine direct from the fabricator.

No problem, but don't take my way as the gospel, there's probably a better way than mine.

                            • Made a start on the other side today, cut out loads of metal and cleaned up the turret area.

Just spent another couple of hundred pounds on parts, but stuck for time at the moment as work is very busy and I'll be away working in Ireland for a couple of Weeks at the end of next Month.
