This one is to be used and abused in the forests of Wales, (be a while yet though).

Couldn't have got this far without your Jig, especially as I'm having to build in such a confined space, highly recomended, although I have broken 2 location shot bolts so have resorted to using an 8mm allen key which works a treat!!!!

I'll be looking to buy one of your shell movers....... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ESCORT-MK1...item4cfbb7be15

You've got some metal work skills there. What tool do you use to cut the bad metal out?

I'm using a Dewalt 4 1/2" angle grinder with 0.8mm thin metal cutting discs from Screwfix. for awkward areas I use a Dremel type tool with metal cutting discs, also use it to grind down bad welds in tight areas.

                          • Welded in the radiator surround today, managed to seam weld it underneath except for the gussets, just needs some seam sealer along the top edge to make it look neat.
