Cheers shifty . It sounded the tits before and that was with the small ports and 8x bent valves

No worries Piggy . Done some more spannering after work = cylinder head on , cam belt on , throttle bodies on , exhaust manifold on , then stoped as my backs fooooookin killing me !!!!!!!!!

Exhaust on , fuel pipes on , wiring on , water hoses on , oil return pipes on , coil pack on . I was pumping more old oil out from the return lines to the oil tank in the boot and then run out of oil
. Need another 10 litres yet i reckon 
. Should be running soon though .

Just got another 5 litres of shite out of the oil return pipe + oil cooler pipework !!!!! . The oils now comming out clean so i think it's now sorted . Going to fit the bonnet and radiator now and then fire it up and go out for a drive tomorrow .

That was the easy bit as mine splits in half for cleaning . The rest wasn't very easy though and has taken at least 5 hours of reving the dry sump pump with a drill whilst pumping 10 litres new oil through the whole system .Originally posted by RMinOZ View PostDont forget to clean the tank out
