I got it from Peter LLoyd Rallying.
I must get a sound clip of it as Im on a couple of other forums and others have asked too.
I'm probably not the right person to decide whether its loud inside the car because I'm used to an 05 Impreza STI with a 3" downpipe, not cats and a Blitz NurSpec system that would make your ears bleed.
But I would say it is louder now than standard, but not much.

There's not a 30+ year old Ford that hasn't had something done

          Another little update...

I got an inner light courtesy of Ian (specialbuild). It was originally my intention to replace all the lights on the front but chose the easy option and will keep the rest of the lights for some time in the future.
At the same time I removed the windscreen and repaired a small area underneath the windscreen rubber where some rust bubbles were beginning to show. It had been previously repaired in this area but there was no point putting the windscreen back in without sorting it.

Screen removed by the 2 foot method, area sanded and treated, then etch primed and sprayed.
Wiper arms were also rubbed down and resprayed, new blades fitted too.

Inner light was cracked and rusted.

          Removed.

          Replaced

I'll be at a few of the shows this year.
Its beginning to annoy me now not being able to get it out on the roads yet.

Full 12 months MOT from today.

Sailed through its MOT first time, I was only advised of a small amount of play in the drivers side steering rack, so that will soon be removed and tightened up.

Wont be long now until its registered, taxed and on the road......yehaaaa

Thanks lads, its taking shape nicely.
I thought it was a pretty good result on the MOT considering it hasn't been tested in over 5 years

But, do you ever have everything done to them ?
I'll always see something that can be fiddled with and tidied up a bit.

Took a spin down to my local Vehicle licensing office in Downpatrick today, filled in a V55/5 form to register the car up here in N. Ireland, another form for HMRC to notify them that it was imported from the south, an ID check form and various other bits and pieces, MOT, insurance, license etc.
Should be another week or 10 days until its back on the road and on its original plates again
