At 15 I worked all summer and saved for first car, I had a red fiesta supersport (sold it on my 18 birthday)

if I had any advise though to a young ford enthusiast it would be, set your sights on what you really want and save like mad till you get what you really want.

I wasted so much money on cars and insurance in my late teens. I had to work constantly to pay insurances.
At 18 to insure my rs2000 third party f&t they wanted £1200

my parents were not to impressed, I always found myself striving for things I couldn't really afford, ( think I'm still doing that?)
