      First update of the year.

Installation of the modified vehicle loom is now completed. The engine now cranks and the oil cooler circuit is primed and oil pressure has been achieved.

A few pictures of the boot, which is now complete.

Battery cable and loom from rear bulkhead

Engine bay picture with wiring loom, oil filter / cooler circuit and fuel hoses. Which looks very complicated and messy but it will not be seen when the throttle bodies and air filter are fitted.

The large hole next to the loom grommet is for the ECU loom which is not yet finished.

The ECU loom should be ready early March and the car running by Easter.

Thanks for your comments. I am confirmed for the Lakes Tour. I want it running by Easter. Which will give me about two months to Map the ECU, set up the suspension and sort out any gremlins that might occour.

              • Nice detail on the spare wheel clamp (amongst other things - lol)

Do tell what you used or is it yet another bespoke item ?
