    The spit works spot on pete. Would be nice to see one of marks cars on the road again hes had them 15yrs + I believe. Saying that he threatened to get one done when we were doing my black series 2 about 4year ago lol....Mark get ya welder out ffs lol

    Good to see the spit being put to good use, very impressed with the fabrication work.

    No more progress yet tony, Got the keys for the new house on wednesday evening so all systems go there and escort on the back burner for next month or so probably, so far had to change the consumer unit, rip out and replace the kitchen ceiling, rewire all the bt lines, re wire all the tv cables, partially rewire the downstairs socket circuit, decorate the living room and 3 bedrooms and re plumb the kitchen.............needless to say im pretty tired and just to ad to the list need to get all the floor boards back down tomorrow fit carpets and move out the old house and into the new house before thursday and both Faye and I are unable to take any time off work next week!!!!!
    Il be desperate to get back in that unit and start welding again you believe me.......lakes tour 2025 springs to mind lol

    Ive just got stuck in and done the best i could with the funds i had at the time and skills ive picked up along the way with help from people who no what they are doing! (un like me lol)

    am looking for one myself.a did phone GS/ESCORTS but to far to go get it m8.
    so didnt bother .
    got darren to phone on monday in case he has anything yet.

    its the only way to go is a complete back floor far nice job to do and fit.

    No Davey the bootfloor came off a chap called Daniel from Liverpool that had an ad in last months classic ford it's a late mk1 bootfloor so I need to weld the number plate wire hole up at the back. Graeme only wanted to sell me a full back end but he only wanted £200 was just a bit big to post! The one I got was £100 but came with legs and a friend collected it for free

    cheers,they wer 8x13 minilites but got the compo turbos back on as the minilites were a bit tight on the arches! the compos are 8.5js but different offset so fit fine no rubbing! u done some good work there mate , you reckon ul get it done for lakes this year?!

    Got the rest of the lump cut down to how i wanted it tonight, removed the legs from the bootfloor and cut just behind the rear shock mount.
