Last couple of days I have been messing about with the gen TR8 airboxes, TR8's ran Solex carbs so these aren't really supposed to fit to SU's, with the aid of a few gen parts imported from USA I have managed to get them pretty factory looking, few hoses left to attach yet, breathers etc
Started putting the carb linkage together, a few issues again, couple of broken link rods so guess another order to be submitted
Had a new TR8 radiator delivered today so fitted that and the Kenlowe in front of the rad, got the Goodridge hoses on the front struts, need to purchase a pair of 2.8 Capri calipers next.
Pic from TR8 brochure posted here as well, this is US spec with PAS, aircon and lots of emmisions pipework, hope to get somewhere near the factory finish.
