      Update

      Engine all back together

Runs smooth and went out earlier tonight terrorising the local Saxo's and Civic Type R's - lol

No leaks or problems so ready now for rolling road on Wednesday

Even had a "plain" BMW police car stick to my rear bumper on local dual cariageway (maybe hoping I wanted to play) - thought it was a bit suss so I let him pass and at next roundabout I pulled alongside, he looked across and gave me a Gimpy grin

I have been building, running and developing this engine for a while now.

                        Spec is as folows

                        4x4 Cozzy 200 Block

                        4x4 Cozzy Steel con-rods

4x4 Cozzy steel crank (lightened and balanced as a complete assembly)

                        94 mm Accralite forged pistons

Steel flywheel with 7 1/4" AP twin plate clutch

Cylinder Head Developments Full race head based on a 2.0I unleaded head

                        Paul Ivey R.E.C. Valves - 45.5mm Inlet Valve - 38mm Exhaust Valves

                        Burtons BF63 Camshaft

Twin Weber 45's with modified chokes

                        H + H Electronic Race Distributor

Twin Facet Fuel pumps running at 3psi

                        11.5 : 1 Compression Ratio (Shell V Power fuel)

Even with all the above it starts and runs very well and ticks over without any lumpyness or spitting back through carbs etc
