          • Time for an update.... not updated the pics on this forum so thought I would..

            Here's what you have missed....

            full gallery still here http://www.dorset-rsoc.co.uk/xpack

NSR X-pack wing is on now too, but I didn't take any pics of that. Now busy blending them both in..

            and more;

Quick pic from tonight (well a night a long time ago), fitted the final part of the X-pack kit, and luckerly it fitted perfectly...
Spend quite a fe evenings filling and sanding, filling and sanding...... garage is so dusty at the mo, can't wait to get it on the drive and give it all a spring clean..
Nearly there tho, I just want the arches perfect so taking my tiem.
            Quick pic anyway.

A few more pics showing my progress..

NS door removed and stripped ready for new skin

            Slight bit of rust..

            Door handle & lock removed.

More to come once the Turbo has been MOT'd .. (its now MOT's and sold!!)

            and more....

Another update, had the N/S door re-skinned, and started the long job of stripping paint....

Stripping tha paint back to bare metal... you can see the original Roman Bronze paint in some of the photo's.

Some Etch primer on the N/S door frame

Some Etch primer on the roof

Think I will get the bonnet & O/S door shot blasted as it will take for ever to strip them of paint.

Mean while I have been tidying up the engine bay, and finally welded the front wings on to the drip rails- alas no pics yet.

O/S door frame is now stripped of paint.. not touched it for a week as I got a cold and I don't want to risk ending up in hospital like I did earlier this year.

Will hopefully get some paint on the rear panel/bootlid/O/S door frame this weekend.

Also got to pay a visit to the guy who bought my Red RS2000 as he's selling me my old 44IDF's and Super Bi-oscars back
