In the "memorandum" of the Ltd Co. 1990 it is only mentioned that honorary members don't have to pay admission and annual fees.

Also, the President of the RSOC does not have a formal "say" in matters at hand. But as this position is held (spelling?) by a senior senior member with lots of experience and wisdom (KevC and GJ before him) maybe this would be a good thing if it was changed.
