I have been a local group chairman! It is a very difficult and thankless task but is sometimes very rewarding!! I have often thought of applying for a position but I know I don't have the spare time the roles need. I do think we do all need to be more forgiven to our committee/ registrars as most stille have a job and give a lot of there time for us!! This isn't a I love the committee/registrar post either as you most know I've had problems with them of the years!! Just give them some support/ help instead of always taking p is out of them! Then maybe we can move forward!!!
