Want to charge me an extra £65 to put my Mexico on an agreed value even though i am halfway through my policy and they said last week that their would be no increase for agreed values!!!!.

dunt know what's up with them lately......they tried telling my pal last month that his 1300 mk1 was now classed as a 'performance car' and as such they wanted to nearly double his premium at his renewal????

I would have gone with Hagerty but as I have no odometer they couldnt insure me as policy is restricted mileage

I have been with AON - now Footman James for years....rs2000 x 2, capris and even a 911 but this year I have reduced from the 2 x rs2000 and a capri to just the one RS and the capri and my premium has increased!!..time to look around.....must have been with AON/FJ for over 15 years!!

I have been insured with FJ for my old bikes for nearly 20 years.When i briefly put the mex on the road at christmas i insured with FJ because i thought i would keep it simple and be loyal to them.I now realise that FJ is nothing like the company that i used to deal with.
I know also know through this site that there are lots of better alternatives about for classic car cover.
You live and learn..I had the rant because lately everything i try to do i constantly feel like i am being F...ed over.
Time for a beer.
