Original i believe, had it since birth, cannot see anyone wanting to paint it ginger, after it left the factory

thats easy get some proper people on the committee and in the control room and ban the new plastic cars

4 of us on the committee owned MK2's thats over a third

I guess you want a MK2 only club oh no thats been done and failed the only good thing to come out of that was this site

Mate of mine bought a Mk1 Mex, it used to be my avatar photie. That thing was totally unrestored, slightly dull paint and original everything.

Then he dropped a s/hand lump in it which he'd overhauled with some shiny/tuning bits and used it for three years or so. I think he put the original lump back in when he sold it.

That was a nice car, he bought off an old boy, don't where it is now though?

i have been to one meet there was 3 mk2 and about 100 brand new focus plastic things

this site is great even frosty/chesney (rs owners conkers bufftys) are always on here as its more down to earth and fun and run properly

General consensus (post AGM) seems to be that it is going to be named "The Millionaires Club".

A bit pointless for the grass roots RSOC member and another created class for specific known cars........
