Had a rummage through their post today. Have found out they have moved back to Ireland. Virtually every letter was either a court summons or some sort of non-payment of debt. After 10k I gave up counting.............
Started the clearout this morning. 2 trips to the dump, All locks changed, Garage door fixed so it will now at least close and be locked. Cleaners turned up as well as I was leaving.

Severed the roots of the Virgina creeper that the wasps are living in. That's about as far as I am getting to them..................... Need to start the big clear out and clean up later this week

Thats bad news Kevin, had a Russian couple do the same to me few years back. €7k in materials to put the place back in order

Think Southern Ireland Robert. Had more mail through for them this morning. One letter demanding 6k or "The boys" are coming round!!!! Hope I'm there when they do as I will say they can take all their crap and sell that off!!!!!
