BT Tossers

I found BT extremely good. I have a poor signal here and their cheap router could hardly pick up the signal.
Went a bought a good Netgear router and problem solved.
BT then refunded the price of the router into my account.
Couldn't ask for better service.

Well finally after umteen phone calls with no result I managed to get e mail adress for some one a bit higher up the tree

First he agrees the service I have been given is inexcusable
He alls agrees that after looking at the log of my calls to BT the customer service people have told a pack of lies to me

So he has promised a full investigation and full refund of the quote "ridiculas charges"

Lets wait and see eh

Bottom line they are a pack of idiots and the minute the refund is confirmed I will switch to Sky
