I've been riding a 06 model Kona Stinky Delux for a couple years now. Its been an awsome bike, had to put heavier oil in the forks to help with the big landings as was a bit soft from factory, has adjustible bump and rebound rear shock, big hydraulic disc brakes. Its had lots of use and some good crashes and has taken everything very well, been pretty bulletproof. Has good geometry, steers well and comfortable riding position. If serious offroad / downhill is what your into I would definatley recomend one. Bought mine second hand in mint condition and only cost $1500nz. was good value for money.

LOL, Forgot about this thread. Decided on a Decathlon Rockrider 8.1 as for the money no other bike comes close to the spec Lovely and light as well.
Only downside is that it has SPD pedals which I though were cool until I fell of the damn thing twice due to my feet getting stuck in them Bought some dual pedals now

if you want a top rear light go for the Fibre Flare http://fibreflare.com/
I got one and they are really good and also light in weight.
