hope its not a loom problem,we have a focus in work at the moment and the plug between engine loom and gem has melted and delivery date from ford germany is end of march at present

so, after three days the dealer still cannot fix the car, central locking will not work, thus car will not start, and they are puzzled and dont know when they can fix it.

Put the RS Mk2 up for sale and look what happens ... God strikes immediately.

TBH Tim im not that bothered what it is as long as they can identify it, they appear totally baffled by the problem and today spoke about getting a 'regional Ford Technician' to call next week and have a look at it.

Meanwhile i have quite a few grands !!!! worth of plastic / metal siting in a dealership, the wife having to scrounge lifts and them none the wiser.

might pull a Ruddy on them tomorrow

a courtsey car would help, and i will be taking Hallys advice tomorrow and forcing the issue a little.


Anyway, thanks for the comments and encouragement lads, good to know no takes the **** on this site
