Be careful with the heat gun. Those things are lethal. The dent man uses one when straightening panels and he just flicks it over the paint. If you hold in one place for long you will definitely blister the paint.

Rolled a couple of arches so far and turn out well.All i will say is if the paint has any rust or paint scabs it will crack the paint and flake off heat or no heat.If the paint around the arches is good they will roll no probs with no paint cracking,I used a heat gun with no probs ,it quite a slow job and you have to really take your time ,bit by bit..
