that's why I wanted to make up a contract between myself as signatory and him, as I'm sure he'd be more keen to get it sorted if the contract had been signed in this country, not fulfilling a contract in this country can be a very expensive mistake.

Guys, the person selling the camcover on ebay is not the same person that we ordered ours from. Our seller is a Ford enthousiast who has a small tuning company. They probably have sold maybe 10 of these camcovers a year, not 50 in one go! I have emailed him and spoken to him on the phone every 2 weeks, and think that he is genuinely trying his best but they just don't have the hours/personell to prepare 50 camcovers in a short period.
But he promised to have them finished by end of March (2008) so I understand if you are somewhat annoyed ...

In the mean time, lets see if the ebay-seller krgergmbhco.kg will receive feedback from the highest bidder 3003georg ... as I think this could well be "a friend of mine outbids everyone and I send a 2nd chance offer to the 2nd highest bidder" !
2nd highest bid was 550 euro, 3rd highest only 433 euro; so if mr highest bidder wouldn't have bid it would have been sold for 438 euro, 117 euro less.
Lets see what the camcover that's now on ebay does and whos bidding in the end.

Don't think it's the same seller either. I found a person selling some gearknob's on the bay, and the RS ones were on auction, and the others he had were just buy now for approx 12 quid, and the RS ones were being bid up to around 50-100 quid. Found out that he had a company seling th gearknobs, and bought my RS ones through his company, rather then through the auction on ebay, and got it for the same 12 quid the other were priced at. Probably cause he knows that selling a RS gearknob on at the time on ebay, gets the price up. Maybe that's the same way our guy make our covers are doing, but won't affect our group buy. But I don't think it's the same guy.
