wonder where he got his ideas from,
pity they did not do Haynes in colour to show the shiny bits

but at what point did john taylor clean my car at cumbria. if you were to see the judging sheets at the end of the day you will have seen that between my car and ricky ross my interior was marked more highly than his and this is were he lost points
i will be the first to agree that my car is not as clean underneath as ricky's but then again my car has never been restored like his has and this is the way it will stay as although i own a restored escort cos which won car of the day atnational day 2006 i prefer my cars to be original as they left the factory not restored examples so before you carry on typing sly comments which i have seen before get your facts right

oh well talk about facts, it was not yours, and it was not JH, I have no particular axe to grind as I dont do Concours, dont even show only enjoy the cars, just not the way things are done, dont know the judges or you personally or even to speak to but say it as I see it !!!

and also theres nothing SLY about my comments as they are open to viewing not behind closed doors

Thanks for your input no matter how misguided
                Cheers

well sorry if i have misunderstood you

but could you clarify who you think judged at cumbria as it was john taylor not john hughes and which car you are refering to have been cleaned by the so called judge

                  thanks wayne

                      Wayne

Banishit is not saying John Hughes cleaned anybodys car at Cumbria
It was mentioned on the day that John Taylor "assisted" in cleaning a car prior to judging it.

What Ian Parker is more peed off with is when Ian went to Moorlands the other week to sort out Worthers John Hughes (who had previously told Ian that he couldnt help him in "sorting" his car out as it would not be the done thing to help with a car that he had to then judge !) was "sorting" a Yellow MKII that is to be judged by John at National Day

Hope this clears up the issue

thanks for pointing the topic of the post out to me and i to agree that a judge should not judge a car if he has had and dealings with it and dont get me started on JH

all i was trying to clear up was that at no point at the cumbria show did the judge help or assist to clean my car like BANISHIT is suggesting

                          hope i havent upset anyone

                          thanks wayne

see you all at nat day as it will be a great site seeing all the old school out in force
