Need to get the hinge glowing red, then hammer the pins out with a drift.

Im undecided what to do RE the arches. Even though they're green now, I think I may paint them black, front and rear, when it's done as I don't usually like seeing colour behind wheels. Just leave the underside in colour.

Then fix it now or it'll bug you every time you see it!!

what tyres are you planning to run, 185/60's fill the arches nicely so you cant see as much inner guard. More paint on show from 175/50's, your car is coming on nicely

Got the strut top AVO plates fitted recently and threw a bit of Etch primer on in the engine bay today so I could see which bits needed prepping/filling.

Cheers Rich. I used my mates gun which is purposely for the 3M stuff. He also ordered it for me! If ever you need anything let me know and I'll ask him for you! It's the nuts. Wish I could have done the whole underside in it but it would have cost more than the car lol
