I got a little bit more done this evening. These are the N/S windscreen replacement bottom lips I made up as the original ones had rotted away, they just needs finishing off and cleaning up.

a did a repair on another escort at the bulkihead section a have in.but the repair section that g/s escort selling for bulkhead was more than enough to do my job.

True 1993 doesnt sound that long ago until you think about it lol.
Not much of an update, but bar for the n/s bottom corner, the windscreen metalwork is done.

Made a start on repairing the heater bubble this evening but I ran out of gas before I really got going

Fantastic progress your making here Tony.....I'm facinated by the thread. I really admire your determination to make the parts yourself, it makes things so much more interesting, also I'm sure you must be getting a great amount of satisfaction from doing that. When you're doing it for yourself it's just the cost of your free time, use of a bit of sheet steel and you're saving loads on not having to spend on all those repair panels...well done!

Your right about making stuff Tim, I do enjoy it especially when it goes right lol, plus the savings that can be made on not buying metalwork can be used to buy NOS stuff like these lamps I have bought for the car

Managed to make the return lip today and get it welded on, im quite happy how this has turned out
