  • Martin. This is fantastic work you've done. I'd like to ask one thing that has been niggling me - in the paint shop, the top bulkhead was painted without the heater bubble and grille - and then it mysteriously appears in the next photos. Did it have to come out of the paint shop to be welded on? Is this the way it's usually done
    Cheers

I got the guy to paint the bulk before the heater was fitted because i was concerned about the overspray through the grill vents if that makes sense? I fitted (spot welded) the heater bubble after masking of the grill from behind then removed the masking tape once the car was painted.

Im not sure if this is the way to do it but its my solution and it has come out very well.

I'd say 10 times better than they were done by Ford.
