Martin. This is fantastic work you've done. I'd like to ask one thing that has been niggling me - in the paint shop, the top bulkhead was painted without the heater bubble and grille - and then it mysteriously appears in the next photos. Did it have to come out of the paint shop to be welded on? Is this the way it's usually done

Im not sure if this is the way to do it but its my solution and it has come out very well.

Well, the RS had to go back to the bodyshop for some rework to the the paint work but is now back and things are really coming together.
