there working fine now, the wiring kit i bought was all wrong, the wire were not in the correct places etc and the fuse was wrong in the relay, sorted now though and they make a good difference,

went out last night down country lanes good fun only me and my dad and the sound of an old escort blasting up and down the roads

any pics on how they were wired in the sports, i copied a local chaps harrier wiring for mine.

been a long while since anything happened to the car, up until december 1st i was driving it most days. its currently sorn but only for 2 more weeks.

then its getting resprayed at the start of april, ready for a few shows this year.

Are you keeping the same colour or have you plans to change

nah its staying laurel green,

not mnay left in that colour and it will have gold 1600 sport decals, mex steels, vinyal roof, so it will look proper old skool.

you don't see many laurel green escort anymore

painted the rear axel yesterday with petrol, then jet washed off all the grease oil etc, ready for painting tomorrow.





and gave the fronts a 1st coats of black,

nearly got all the parts i need now,

got a genuine 1600 sport rear bumper
waiting for my fiesta mk2 electronic dizzy
waitign for the hockey stick trims for the vinyl roof
got a decent rear spoiler

still need headlight bowls and lights
vinyl roof
window seals
need 1 front overrider the larger one, hopefully got one coming from abroad

taxing it again on the 1st and then off for a quote on the paint work, can't wait had the car since october 07, finally going to have more of a show car
