Mex Rebuild & Upgrade for 2009

Well a wee break in the weather, it started drying up a bit so took her for a wee test along the road just back as the snow has started again
Well I can only say Awesome, the smoothest running pinto I've ever driven with that sort of spec, No Cough's, Farts or spitting back through the carbs at all, runs just a smooth as a twin choke
The power well what more can I say but wheelspin, wheelspin and more wheelspin
Still a few bits to do, Going to change the breather system and need a wee adjustment to the manifold to finish
Here's a few pics, not washed her yet but I'll wait until it's a bit warmer for that.

looking good martin, sounds like youll be changing your tyre choice though as you cant get the power down on the yoko's

Will be running a mixture of A048's and 888's this year, The engine just wants to rev, witout trying at all she was pulling 7,700 and wanting more

looks well, that Mex, the best MkII colour too No filters on the DCOEs though?
