My RS 2000

I have just rescued this very rusty RS. looks not too bad from the front but in a bad state underneath. It is quite original, 4 branch, k&n & bilstiens the only bits added. My plan is to put it back to showroom spec, but as you can see a lot of panels and welding to be done first...... time and money......

I picked up these NOS RS wings for my car at castle combe RS day. excellent condition. slowly building up stock of panels.....

stripdown started

Finally started the work, a few pics of things so far: Made the spit/ jig as per original Ford chassis drawings and all bolt holes lined up pretty good.
balanced well, easy to turn on the bearings.
ready to start cutting and fit inners and bulkhead (got these mint from Darran)
