        • Looking very good Chris. I've had a lot of stuff from Sean at Rallyweld and nothing is ever a problem.

Where did you get your Cibie covers from?

            • See you've just done the sign writing on Dan Holly's Escort, that was the car that I owned and rallied back in the 80's as can be sen in my Avatar.

                  • been a busy few weeks trying to get the fes ready for Lakes but unfortunately i've run out of time and money so unfortunately it wont be getting to see Cumbria this year still pushing to get it sorted ready for classic ford show and as many other shows i can get it to

not really much to sort apart from:

                    Driveshafts
                    Radiator / Plumbing
                    Rear anti roll bar
                    Front and rear calipers/lines
Wiper / Wiper motor /Washer bottle
                    Tidy up the dash wiring
Start it to see if it runs ok

Loads of pics below, got the electric power steering working and quick release fitted, all interior brake lines to bulkhead all made and fitted, fuel line to bulkhead all done, made up one door card this morning need to sort the other side this week, ford cb fitted, aerial on order, fire extinguisher all plumbed just the nozzles to mount in correct places(carbs/fuel pump), had the Mg TF rear view mirror for a while only today i got around to fitting it thought it easier to use as it has inbuilt interior lights just had to make a mount to fit it and then wire - simples, intercom needs mounting to centre hoop, trying to fit all the parts i have thats been boxed away....

exhaust is all fitted but the front manifold to flange is still sitting to low but that can be sorted after its on the road

                    Chris

                            • not done much on the fes since i got back from the lakes, so was determined this weekend to get the car to start, after a few niggles, banjo bolt on carb leaking then it snapped, sorted that then it wouldnt spark so swapped the crank sensor over and it nearly fired so swapped wires around and bang started first time -

shes sounding awesome............ driveshafts and rad ext
