Well time for a small update...

The other week we hooked up the battery and tried out some of the wireing and some things just didnt want to play ...so I never really touched the car until sat night just there...

Over this time away from the car my auld man done a good job and picked up some more parts from Ralloy for me when he was doon the road. Grp4 throttle pedal some other bits and the vital window rubber clips!!!!....thank **** now I can get the windows in the doors ...and hopefully keep the dust oot!

Also was having a fair bit of hassle with my passanger side carbon arch guards so ended up getting another pair from magee motorsport, top service from the lass over there and they do a nice selection of carbon gear. So got them fitted tonight just need to seal off around the edge with some black rubber sealant and were jammin!

Last night we got the headlights all wired up and working...feels good to see the lights actually light up! lol

Hopefully all going well will get the brakes within the next few weeks and get them on the front and all plumbed up....been doing some overtime at work to help pay for them lol. Will try get pics asap of anymore progress!

Do you have a finish date in mind ? Guessing you'll want on the road for April to sort out any niggles before the "Lakes Tour"

Great to see you on here again mate and thank you very much...same goes for your updates

Well tbh she's meant to be ready for my birthday at the start of April as you say so I can run in the engine and basically run the car before doing the lakes. Just incase there are any teething problems. Only thing is though I may be a bit heald up now as a vital part and the person that I am getting it from has taken unwell so I wish him a speedy recovery and I dont want to rush it at the last gasp as I have came this far lol.... however it does give me time to crack on with what else I have cluttering up my mums spare room! lol.

Only things left to buy are front brakes, gearbox, prop, engine and some wee odds n ends....doesnt sound alot there but its certainly sore on the wallet as you well know lol

How is yours coming on mate?,,,have you got a finish date also?
