Been a tad busy last few months, finished my full time job back in april and started up my own buisness restoring classic cars. Specialise in Ford Escorts, MK.s 1 to 4,( of course ha) more so the avo assembled models.

A decision was made to change boot floor ,,,,it was just to thin to repair, was a hard task as back panel had been fitted , but we got there

Dave want's the shell built for strength , see following pic and yes boot floor was letting things down a bit .



A few rough hours later



Thought i might finish repairs to inner arch's with boot floor removed , so much easier when floor is out





New floor !
