                        • I've just registered on this site and what a fantastic read this is. CC keep those pic's coming. My Mex' is in similar condition and could do with new inner wings, bulkhead is not so bad though, I don't think!!!!!!!
                          Dave, in response to #112 you mention a car registered XWC 182L, mine is registered XWC 189L, A Daytona yellow Custom Pack and is a real project car.

                            at the moment in the workshop are
                            1x mk 1 1300 gt
                            ix mk 1 twincam (genuine)
                            1x rs1600 (no engine but genuine car)
                            1x mk 2 gp4 replica build
                            between all of them they dont have 1/10th of the rust your project car does.

                                proper work of art.was the car originally painted red? as it doesn't have a paint code . any idea what this car would be valued at when finished?
