Oh yea by the way what is that sealer stuff you see on most escorts around all the pannel seams, the stuff you can paint onto and does anyone know where they sell it, can I get it from a place like halfords or somewhere?

Use Sikkens or 3M seam sealer, that's one thing you don't want to scrimp on.
Certainly don't buy the stuff from Halfords, (never seen the stuff in there myself anyway). Get one of the lads here to sort you some out, I'm surprised your college there can't sort some out

Anyway keep plugging away and don't forget to post up your progress.

        Cheers

Riiiight, some more welding and some more photos. That inner arch has taken so much time to do, can't believe how long its taken. Still got to do the other side
Had to put a strip all the inner length of the arch as the seam had rotted away and I cut it out. There was two bits that joined the bottom of the arch to the floor that had rotted through and have been replaced and a section at the back of the arch going into the boot area.
