Only items that will be harder to move are the engine and the shell unless it is painted a different colour?
as for the shell there is that many dodgy rally car builders and classic car builders cant see that being a problem at all to sell either
feel really sorry for the owner but i dont think it will ever be seen again as they knew what they was taking

we all agree this is a terrible act, and hope Paul gets his car back that he has spent a lot of time trying to getting right.
reading through this which includes the interesting article in the mag we need to be more open minded on parts that maybe up for sale if the car is apart.
we can see the shell in the article and in greater detail in other replies, its obvious its not the one used in the 1800 resto, as its going through its own RS2 resto as we speak, so don't look for the repairs on the finished car,
I wont go into detail as you never know whose watching, the thieves could act on what is said on the forums.
theres a lot out there that know the tales of this car, and will be watching out

Trouble is that the more standard and perfect they are, the more difficult they are to recognise, but in this case it has a top tint on the windscreen (not a standard fitting), a nice give away for the onlooker. Look out for this, or a toptint screen for sale! I do hope the scum get caught!

they knew what that were taking and what they were going to do with it.
other members in the mk.2 escort scene know the where abouts and will have parts off this without doubt.

Why do they even need to paint the shell another colour, is white so rare?
Having discussed all this sad talk on here though, I do keep my fingers crossed in the hope that the guy get's his car back!
