          well i got the insurance quote today and they want £871...

          for 3000 mile a year.....i told them to ****off

          so i am NOT buying it now

          i only wanted a car to drive to the shows and back but not at that price.

                    Who's that with Paul?? 3rd party f+t or fully comp?? I've gone with Adrian Flux. £340 fully comp, Protected ncb declared 18" wheels, lowered springs, wheel spacers and 200bhp re-map. Did have quotes of £1200+ of some insurers.

                      RSOC D PLAN.....was f/c with £2500 onit...it even had a £250 excess

                      i just don't know why..?

                      i have never had insurance like that...?

                          well it has come the day his here...

                          my RS2000 will move on to new grounds
                          and a new life

                          but i can tell you its going to one very nice home
                          with one very nice lot of blokes and there mint cars...she will be at home there

                              Christ Paul, that is a bit over the top. I'm sure I never paid that for the 4x4 Cosworth, I'm sure I paid around £300 via the RSOC scheme for my old 2wd RS2000 Mk5, that was based on the 25k miles I do a year.
