I think what they have done is a very good job , a lot of time has gone into them to get them good , obviously its a shell and will require to be sealed and made good before paint is applied to the service part �� but iwould purchase one no problem and we have been crying out for this for a very long time and now its here .

Cant put the photo up of them as my files are too big .

One issue Leon is the "loaded" options of the poll

There is no option to recognise the immense effort put in to get these shells to market

Maybe this is why this thread is being perceived as negative

Maybe if Alan has thought the poll / options over for another day he would have thought about more options. No one is perfect.

I got this impression too Leon! I don't think Alan has quite thought it through and has just set up the pole in a hurryI It's quite easily done and does not warrant too much concern I would have thought! I see plenty have been quite happy to answer the pole so does that still make it wrong? As explained to Alan, I could not answer the pole because I like to know a bit more about something before I buy, or else I would have voted too!

The supplier have openly invested time/money in providing replacement panels to people that want to repair or reshell their tired or knackered mk2 escort. I for one think its great and if i was to build another racing car i would seriously consider purchasing a shell.
From what i have read on more than 1 thread very similar repeating questions were asked and it became tiresome with no clear direction as to the real purpose of the questioning (i spoke to another member privately and they were of the same opinion).
Perhaps the author of this post should gather all their burning questions and email the supplier, they can then post the unedited response here as i'm sure that would make interesting reading
