Just don't park the car on a slope when the rear brakes are warm/hot. A cable handbrake has a certain amount of tension/give in it but a hydraulic handbrake hasn't, so when the brake pads/shoes or whatever start to cool slightly the brakes will release very slightly and the car will start to creep forward - or worse, run off completely.

I found that out to my cost a few years ago. The car rolled backwards down the slope and crashed into my garage door frame
