Yes,we repainted my Mexico with standox high solids as I personally prefer the finish on an old motor.

standox is a good 2 k
but depends what guys can afford.

hi m8 if who ever does ur paint work
should use a good fine line tape and there be no need for pencil line tape
not my cuppa tea.

Yes it's Monza Blue also know as Electric Blue, a proper period Mk1 colour.

I must admit that being "old school", some would say just plain old that I still really like the look of cellulose for old period cars but I do use modern two pack primers and such like.

I should add that there was also an almost £300 bill against that paint job for the gun below, just don't tell my wife as she thinks it was the same price as my other old guns, about 30 quid.
