IMHO, crap idea why would you put a tow bar on a mk1 escort? In saying that though lamberttas can play up from time to time (we had an overnight scooter run last weekend and 1 Vespa 1 lambertta were stuck on the back of utes for the journey home) so maybe it's not such a bad idea

When we got on the ferry they were telling us how they never go anywhere with out one or more of them having some kind of mechanical disaster! To start with we laughed 'at them' but by the time we docked we wished we'd been going with them. They had great camaraderie and breaking down was all part of there trip......now where can i buy one from! Please please please can I be in the 'Clique'

In the late 60's I had a 66 Lambretta J125, must have been quite a new model then, looked a bit more modern than the others, but did not appear to be that popular! Apart from a dicky starter gear, it was 100% reliable. It was just about quick enough to dodge the rockers that threw apples at me and tried to push me off all the flaming time! It got me up to the age of 17 when I bought my first car a Hillman Imp to do up!
