Help and advice needed!!..

Lads,last November i went to a sheet metal/engineering company to ask them if they could copy a part for my mk1 rs2000,if I have a few done,then the price would be cheaper,I said ok,then can you do me 7 pairs?,no problem he said,then the price will be a X,ok thants fine I said,how long will it take to do?,give us your contact number and I will ring you when they are ready,I'd say 2 weeks he said.2 weeks go buy,not heard from him,I left it for a couple of days,nothing still!!!! I went to see him and he said,sorry I've been real busy,I will have them done for you end off next week,I will ring you!!!.coming up to Christmas,heard nothing again,went up to see him,sorry only done half of the job,come back after christmas!!!! Any way,I went back today to see what is going on,guess what,the owner is not there today,I spoke to his wife,she ask what I have come for,I told her,she said hang on I will go and see if anyone knows anything about it,comes back,sorry no one knows anything about your parts!!!!!!,can you come back tomorrow when my husband is back,I Said I carnt,I'm working,well can you ring him this afternoon,I did at 3pm,guess what,they are both not there,says the young girl who answered the phone!!!!,I asked her to tell the owner forget the job and I will collect my part that he said that he could copy this Saturday morning!!!!!,I just hope he hadn't lost it!!!!...so what advice can you give me,if things come to the worse??.thanks foxy..
