Laptop/internet issues. Help needed

Computer all sorted now! But had to reset it to factory settings

Are you saying you had to reinstall Windows? Did the system restore not work Did you save your data first?

It was a total reset to factory settings, i hadn't made a previous restore point, thats why i had to do that
Yes i saved my pics/itunes and stuff to an external hard drive first.

It didn't work with my last printer. Turning it off and on didn't stop it ending up in the garden!Lol
