Give her a bottle of whisky every day for about a month. She'll be your best mate for a brief period.

As to dog - let out to sheep in nearby field in the presence of a farmer should do the trick.

You can get banged up for having a **** at the side of the road but actually want something done, it's someone else's job!

Get onto the council then. Harass them to hell and back, apparently they can only report you to themselves!
      LOL.
If you got a fault with a new TV from Tesco, you wouldn't go to Asda to get it sorted lol

Its the council and the community police that aren't arsed! When the real police came last week he logged it and was interested.
But i've now got our local MP on the case, he's already looking into the councils attitude

Keep your foot on the pedal now something is happening.
Find it strange that you have real police, does that mean the community police are unreal?

Mike i work for one of the local councils in Scotland, i see in one of your later posts that you have alredy contacted your local MP, this is the road i would have advised you to take as some employees in local govt dont give a hoot, , i would imagine your MP will challlenge the council re your complaint and circumstances ,and they always seem to have more authority with outside bodies police fire etc,I hope you get it sorted sooner rather than later as this can have a detrimental affect on your life.
