I was born and raised in a ghetto and all the noisey drunken druggy c++ts there liked sleeping in the next day . I devised a few ways too stop them sleeping the next day and as i had keys to the electrical intake room under the flats i used to turn their power and heating off all night !!!! Ha Ha

He now as a half rebuilt MGB ,in his garage,and its over 7 years since i got him stopped.So if anybody wants a half rebuilt MGB ,I know where there is one !!!!!

They were only half built anyway when they originall left the factory

Todays episode with the silly cow is that for god knows what reason she phoned the police and said that my mum attacked her!??
My mum is one of the nicest people you could meet(not that i'm bias!)
When the pc came he told us all of what she'd said and went on to say i don't believe a word of what our neighbour said(as he should with it all being lies)and leave it at that
But what sort of a warped twisted person does that sort of thing for no reason???

You see,I think there is another option.

The dogs barking because its fed up not doing anything and getting no attention. It prob wants to get away from it as much as you do!!

Smother her with kindness. Buy her several crates of wine (she will drink herself into the coffin as it will seem a almost limitless supply) and you adopt the dog.

It wil be seen as a case of misguided kindness.

I reckon the festive deals going on in my Co-op at the mo, you can cure this fairly quickly for £30!!

I would send a solicitors letter to the local police commander pointing out his lack of action and failure towards you. Point out that you will make an official complaint, via solictior again, against certain police officers, higher ranking the better, if nothing is done.

It is an environmental issue therefore they would be unwarranted complaints against Police. Any complaints should be to the Council.

hate to say it but get rid of her dog..........the coucil should have sorted this out for you...its there house etc and they are the landlords

As Aled has said, you need to complain to the council., but you must find out who the environmental officer is for your area at the council, thats the person you need. In the mean time keep a log of dates and times and duration of the noise, or as its now often refered to, noise pollution.

I have a problem with the school alarm going off at random o clock in a morning, usually a friday or sat am around 2 or 3 am, and our environmental officer is on the case, i thought i would have no chance. as basically its council officer against council school, but at present they are looking at moving the damn thing to the other side of the building where its not overlooking a private property. But what im getting at is do what we did, pester the environmental officer with phone calls and emails, they will soon get fed up with it like you are fed up of the dog noise. o and try phoning the environmental officer while the dog is barking so they can hear it over your phone if possible. You can get banged up for having a **** at the side of the road but actually want something done, it's someone else's job!

Get onto the council then. Harass them to hell and back, apparently they can only report you to themselves!
