I think I was laid under mine at the time so missed it . Damn !!

But thanks to the Irish lads who stopped to see if we were OK, it was much appreciated

Oh, and just my 2 penneth, perhaps you could have started a new thread which posed the question regarding non Fords on the Tour/at the show. It's worth debating - I'm all for it by the way

Anyway, great weekend, great craic, great cars, great photos and long may it continue

I have a love of Fords

This is a Ford Forum (or it was)

I like to keep an eye on people restoring Fords

        Nothing major thats about all

But I do have more important things in life now like my 2 daughters that are just coming up too 2 years old

                        • Well that took a bit of reading through, i cant understand why any one who says they likes Escorts would not like cars of the same erea such as the Ascona, Chevette and TR7 i can think of several other cars which would add to the weekend, i could not make it but would have liked to it looked a good do well done to the folk who take the time to sort such events out for others Gray.

                          • amazing, the ascona is simply stunning and stood out from the crowd on both days, as we all fully expected...
the moggie minors, minis, tr7's etc dont get any mention for being there, apart from ruddy, but hes biase... but the ascona gets mentioned for being at an "all ford event"

perhaps its more a case of the green eyed monster than anything else???

as for the irish boys, as ever great to see you all there, i know how much time and effort you all put in to getting there, let alone the high standard of preperation the cars have...
