In answer to the original question Classic ford used to be fantastic, it's now Bilge

problem is they only care about the cash, so a shagged out fiesta with neons and big - wheels/speakers/exhaust/filler usage pays his entrance and parks up with all what used to be cars of a high standard this dilutes the show and more and more of the decent cars stop going and more chavs do

oh and it's drag racing which lets face it although I'm sure it's good to participate in is snoozeville to watch

here's a quick reply for those who dont want to read through ...

DO go to classic ford if
      - you REALLY LIKE classic fords, but appreicate other slightly newer fords.
      - you enjoy drag racing, the noise, the smell, and the satisfaction of seeing a 60s anglia destroy a focus RS
      - you like variation in your shows
      - you dont mind there is a possibility of seeing chavvy cars, even if this is a severe minority at the event
      - you like seeing a jet car go very fast
      - you enjoy seeing old fords drifting

DO NOT go to classic ford if
      - you are solely old skool and the mere thought of anything with a plastic bumper and FWD makes your blood boil
      - you dont enjoy drag racing (although this isnt a valid reason as you dont HAVE to watch the strip action, you could walk around the static parts of the show only)

I actually like watching "Some" drag racing but only for 10 mins or so then I get bored LOL. Always like the Jet car though.

Much prefer to use the show as a way of talking complete rubbish to my many friends.

its ok until someone uses someone else BBQ and they pull a knife on them eh paul!

i think its worth adding i am very easily pleased, and if there were no cars there other than Darran and Mark's mk2 mexico's i'd still leave feeling satisfied
