      kel, i have an image of my rim hiting the tarmac under hard corning.

      this is down to tyre choice and wall strength over actual width....

      RS2000 standard steering rack bush's are utter shite by design and this has a lot to do with steering feel, aswell as the rack its self, what you got ?

        supaflex poly bushes on

        Inner TCA
        Outer TCA ARB
        ARB (Anti dive kit)

        2.4 turn rack from Rally Design, plus new TRE & Poly bushed.

        Done about 200 miles in total since these were changed.

        Rack & WCXM change about 4 weeks ago. Rack was new.

              Could be the rack, not sure...

              But could be the tyres and the amount of grib over the tyre wall size...

                Thanks for help Steve , I had the same feeling with the std rack that was on the car from new, that was swapped for the RD one the std rack was lightly worn on the steering arm inner ball joints.


                What I cant work out is how people live with 175/50's on 7.5's

                  Stay with the pollished 6's IMO. Look brill and 7's are becoming boring as every man and his hound have them on nowadays........................he he.
