Seen an Escort Twin Cam in Sutton a few years back with a roof rack and a wardrobe on the roof !!!!! . Looked an original one as well with all the proper trim etc on it .sigpic 2.1 ATMO YB POWER .

Hi Mark, thanks for that. Wow, thats pretty serious money. The car in my original post was in a bit of a state the last time i saw it. At a 'project price' of 10k to start with, plus who knows how many 1000's after that to make it right, it would make more sense (to me) to buy one that's already done. As I'm not really into doing restoration work myself it would probably cost a small fortune to make good as I'm very fussy about my cars. It was just a thought!
