great venue but we'll have already been there with avo day,
dont personally see it as a improvement see it as a step back..
having had the disaster of rockingham , a mediocre national day, then the biggest farce of the year last year- not the clubs fault i understand but even so, i thought/ hoped the club would pull out all the stops to keep the membership happy...
sorry gents but wont be renewing in 2011sigpic

Why all the negativity?? You haven't got a clue about what we have planned
Ah well, you are the only one to complain, Never mind.

cool
hope its a great day for us all - hope we can have a nice plot by the lake with as many if not more cars than we had a Donny the other year
will be great to see all the cars in that field with the peeps mingling around them like the good old days
may well renew again for next year

Well done on arranging a great venue.....such a chilled location, love it Good luck with it as you as a club have had your set-backs and it's about time you had a great National Day without problems.
Pleased also that it does not clash this year with the Snowdonia Tour a fortnight earlier

With the uncertainty of Donington the RSOC had to do something to give us the members a National Day in 2010
Stanford Hall is a good compromise and with the RSOC organising 2 "National Club" trackdays then the members who prefer to go on track have an option to do a club trackday - so all should be happy
My only concern with Stanford Hall is will the majority/total gate money go to the RSOC or will Stanford Hall "milk" it big time ?
As with all previous National Days I prefer any MKI or MKII Owners to show their car on their respective RSOC local group stands but if there is enough interest I will look at the possibility of sorting out a "visiting club" stand for The Works Team (www.rallyesportescorts.co.uk)
Who knows 2011 will be bigger and better than ever and back at Donington
