NATIONAL DAY 2010
I can now announce to you, the members of the RSOC, that National Day will be held at Stanford Hall on 26th September 2010.
Everyone is aware of the difficulties at Donington, and we have given them every opportunity, which is in part why this decision is later in the year, than we, the Committee wanted. The Committee could not allow a repeat of last year and the risk that there would be no National Day in its 30th year. Chris along with the rest of the Committee have worked tirelessly to explore all the track based alternatives, and after 2 Committee meetings in the last 7 days, we reached the conclusion that Stanford Hall represents a real opportunity for the RSOC to once again get together and celebrate this great club, in its 30th year.
We are now working on plans to make this a memorable end to our 30th Anniversary Year, for members and their families, and will release further details as soon as we can.
I ask all members to make a special effort to support this end of season show and close the 30th year with a bang.
The Committee will continue to do the best it possibly can for all members of this Club.
