I get it quite bad this time of the year for about two to three months usually, but touch wood ive been pretty sound so far this year,
I have found that using the best suited medication (cetirizine dihydrochloride for me) before you get the symptome usually holds it off longer and it isnt as bad for the season, i also have started using a spoonfull of locally produced honey in a cup of coffee in the morning and it does help.
Saying all of that you watch me start sneezing my nuts off at the lakes
